Tamara Kostochko (b.1996) is a Latvian-born visual artist based in Barcelona. Her work
explores the dialogue between the physical and spiritual, using gesture, movement, and
color as symbolic language. Rooted in emotion and human experience, her paintings
become visual portraits of energy, where presence and transformation emerge as central
themes.
Meeting her future wife became a turning point that led her to explore questions of
spirituality, truth, and self-perception on a deeper level. With a background in fashion and
product design, Tamara chose painting as her most authentic medium, allowing her to give
form to ephemeral concepts and to reflect on the strength of femininity in today’s world.
Her practice aims to awaken resonance in the viewer, offering moments of grounding and
inspiration while reminding us of the timeless connection between body, soul, and the
infinite.
