I am honored to invite you to take part in the very first edition of Art Mag – 100 Best Emerging Artists.
This inaugural issue is not simply a publication—it is the beginning of a curated dialogue. A space where emerging and established voices in contemporary art are brought together to form a collective portrait of our time. We are not looking for uniformity, but for presence. Not repetition, but urgency. Not decoration, but intention.
We believe that contemporary art today is defined not only by what is shown, but by what is questioned. Each artistic practice carries its own language, its own tension, its own way of responding to the world. This magazine is conceived as a platform where these differences do not compete, but resonate.
To be part of this first edition means to enter a foundational moment. It means contributing to a curatorial vision that aims to document, interpret, and amplify the voices shaping the present artistic landscape. Your work will not be isolated, but placed in relation to other practices, creating a broader narrative of contemporary research.
Beyond its curatorial value, this publication also represents a meaningful opportunity to reach a wider international audience of art lovers, collectors, curators, and institutions. It is a way to extend the visibility of your practice beyond the studio and the exhibition space, entering a network where new encounters, recognition, and future opportunities can emerge.
We are especially interested in artists who approach their practice with sincerity, risk, and conceptual depth—those who see art not as a fixed product, but as an ongoing process of exploration.

About Art Mag
Art Mag is the first editorial project by Arteaporté dedicated to contemporary art practice today. Conceived as a curated publication, it brings together 100 selected artists in a single volume that reflects the complexity of contemporary artistic research.
Curated by Alyona Kosareva, the magazine positions itself as a space of dialogue rather than categorization. Each selected work becomes part of a wider visual and conceptual narrative, where individual practices coexist and interact within a shared editorial framework. Art Mag is not only a publication, but an attempt to document a moment in time—an evolving portrait of artistic voices shaping the present.
Open Call Information
The call is open internationally to artists aged 18 and above, at any stage of their career: emerging, mid-career, or established. All visual art disciplines are accepted, including painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, installation, digital art, collage, and experimental practices.
Artists may submit multiple artworks. If selected, only one work will be included in the publication in order to ensure equal visibility for all participants.
All submissions are reviewed by the curatorial team. Selection is based on conceptual strength, originality, and artistic quality.
Participation Fee
The submission fee is €49 and allows you to submit up to three artworks.
If selected (as part of the 100 chosen artists), only one artwork will be included in the publication, ensuring equal visibility for all participants.
This contribution supports curatorial development, editorial design, production, and international distribution of the magazine.
Please note that the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of non-selection.
Rights & Submission Guidelines
Artists retain full copyright of their works. Submissions must be original artworks created by the applicant. Previously exhibited or published works are accepted, provided the artist holds all necessary rights.
The submission deadline is May 31, 2026. It is the responsibility of each artist to ensure that the application is complete and submitted on time. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered, and once submitted, entries cannot be modified unless for urgent issues communicated directly to the Team.
Selection & Publication
Selected artists will be notified via email after the curatorial review process. Please ensure that your contact details are correct at the time of submission. Each selected artist will receive one copy of Art Mag.
