‘The Seeds of Botanical Beings’ traces the intimate
threads of life that shape us — from childhood wonder
and maternal bonds to the guides, mentors, and curious
moments that stain the flesh. Each collage captures a
pivotal experience: the Seekat Blomis, which revealed
nature’s unexpected life; a mother’s presence; a small boy
discovering the world; the gardener who taught the soil’s
secrets; the birth of a daughter carrying new beginnings;
and a thorny lady who holds within her the relationships,
heartaches, and transformations that have touched the
heart.
Together, these botanical beings grow from lived
experience, blossoming into a sensual, intimate world that
compassionately reflects how life’s encounters shape
identity, love, and perception.
