“All in Your Head” reflects on the invisible things we carry within us and the ways they shape our experience of the world. The work explores the idea that our inner landscapes—thoughts, beliefs, fears, hopes, memories, and dreams—are never truly contained. They grow, intertwine, and eventually find expression beyond ourselves.
Flowers become a metaphor for what we cultivate internally. Some emerge vibrant and expansive, others fragile, fading, or wild and uncontrolled, yet all are part of the same living ecosystem. What takes root within us influences how we see, feel, and move through the world.
The work invites reflection on self-awareness and personal responsibility for the stories we nurture. It encourages viewers to consider the narratives, assumptions, and emotional patterns they cultivate over time, and how these unseen forces influence their actions, relationships, and sense of identity.
“All in Your Head” embraces complexity and ambiguity. It suggests that our inner worlds are in constant transformation, shaped by experience, attention, and choice. What remains unseen is often as powerful as what is visible, quietly influencing the course of our lives in ways both subtle and profound.
