This work draws inspiration from Sonia Delaunay’s vibrant language of color, rhythm, and abstraction — a legacy rooted in her Ukrainian origins and shaped by the cultural energy of Paris.

Here, the poppy becomes more than a flower: it is a pulse of resilience. Through bold geometry and layered reds, I reimagine the bloom as both symbol and structure — unfolding in motion, in defiance, in light. Echoing Delaunay’s theories of simultaneous contrast, I explore how color can speak when words fall silent.
