“Prelude: MycoMico” is the foundational beginning of the Project MycoMico. This collection consists of three miniature Hand-sculpted soft clay mixed-media sculptures that portrays a surreal, visual interpretation of three major fungal pathogens.

Brought to life with a vibrant, bright palette, these pieces reframe fungi as the “blooms of life.” In reality, these three microscopic organisms cannot be seen by the naked eye and cant be touched as contact can be a harm for humans. Through this sculptural work, they are given a physical, character-driven form turning unseen natural organisms into an enchanting, visible narrative about nature’s hidden ecosystems.
