Aga Baranska , born in Poland – lives and works between Gdynia and Ibiza. In her work she travels between cultures and religions and create artworks that reflect that. She chooses to offer her viewers a dream, a possibility of knowledge as well as a space where anthropological research joins the world of beauty and secrets. The bright colours are her signature witch she has learnt  to pursue with a slow  cadenced rhythm. In her portraits and figures she uniquely captured emotional stages creating a gallery fills with dreams, melancholy and passions.
Not many know that she is a meditation teacher and work closely with her Peruvian Shaman’s Family helping many people also through the art therapy.
Maybe this  is a reason her painting have meditation power and keep us hypnotised.
Aga graduated with distinction from both :Visual Art in Poznan and London College of Fashion. Her work has been exhibited in Tokyo, London, Berlin, Paris  and Gdynia. Aga was selected by Saatchi as „one to watch” artists and her paintings are in private  collection in Switzerland, Los Angeles  and Mexico.Her work has been published by: The Times, Saatchi&Saatchi, Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire and  Spur Japan.
