The Becoming explores transformation through a spiritual and archetypal dimension. The female figure evokes one of the faces of the Great Goddess, an ancestral presence connected to nature, creation, destruction, and the forces of transformation. Through her contact with the human being, she triggers a process of metamorphosis, as if a new relationship with the living world and the invisible world were taking shape. The work thus evokes an encounter with a sacred force that acts upon the human and opens the way towards a new state of being.
