Ekin Büyükşahin (b. 1985, Ankara) is a visual artist known by the name Ekinakis. She graduated from the Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts and has been fully focused on visual arts since 2013. She currently lives and works in her studio in Urla, İzmir, Turkey.

Her practice explores the relationship between the individual and society, often focusing on themes such as individualization and communication breakdowns. Working with a minimalist visual language, she creates pieces in the form of collage, sculpture, and installation. She mainly uses acrylic and oil paint, fabric, and paper—particularly fabric fragments, which serve as symbolic carriers of personal and collective memory. Her aim is to create quiet, simple, yet emotionally resonant works.
