Biografia
Lucrezia Carnieri is an Italian dancer and visual artist whose work bridges movement and painting. With a background in dance and formal studies in the arts, she develops her artistic language through both physical expression and visual creation.
Her practice is rooted in the body as a primary tool of expression. As a dancer, she explores rhythm, space, and emotion through movement; as a painter, she translates these sensations onto canvas, following an inner flow that guides gesture, color, and composition.
Her works emerge from an intuitive process in which dance and painting are deeply interconnected, allowing emotional states to transform into visual forms. This approach creates pieces that feel dynamic, embodied, and deeply personal.
She aspires to become a choreographer and performer, continuing to develop her artistic research through contemporary projects and international opportunities, with the aim of expanding the dialogue between performance.
