Rafael Triana (Ciego de Ávila, Cuba, 1988) is a Paris-based visual and multidisciplinary artist. His practice operates at the margins of representation, exploring gesture, error, and dysfunction as critical strategies. Working across performance, installation, video, object, sculpture, and digital drawing, his work disrupts conventional logics of language and perception. A Gold Diploma graduate in Scenography from the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA) in Havana, his projects have been presented in theatrical, museum, and alternative spaces across Latin America and Europe.
