Biografia
I am a visual artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently living and working in Sarajevo. I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Printmaking from the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Sarajevo.
My artistic practice is rooted in printmaking, drawing, and mixed media. Through my work, I explore themes of memory, identity, symbolism, and the relationship between inner experiences and visual expression. I am particularly interested in creating works that invite reflection and encourage viewers to connect with their own emotions and personal interpretations.
Over the years, I have participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, including Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, and North Macedonia. In 2017. I have also taken part in international printmaking workshops and have been a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ULUBiH) since 2017.Alongside my artistic practice, I work as an art educator, where I encourage creativity and visual thinking through the Montessori approach. Working with children has strengthened my belief that art is a powerful way of exploring ideas, expressing emotions, and connecting with others.
I continue to develop my artistic practice through exhibitions, research, and experimentation with different graphic techniques and contemporary visual language.
