Descrizione: In this work, I tried to depict the emotional state experienced by women on their wedding night in a sudden way, exactly as it is in reality. This roughness is reflected in the colour of the girl’s dress, a bright bloody red, and in the immense pain that take shape in her imagination, manifested by the enlargement and displacement of the male genitalia from their original position within the partner’s or lover’s body. The girl is always naked, yet we do not see the lower part of her body due to her poor relationship with her own body and her constant attempt to deny and ignore her own sexuality, whether between herself and her own body, or between herself and her partner.
