ULTRA è una mostra collettiva che esplora il presente più spinto dell’arte, attraverso lo sguardo di una nuova generazione di artisti e curatori. Promossa da Arteaporté, la mostra, che andrà in scena dal 13 al 16 novembre 2025, in occasione delle ATP Finals, si pone come una delle tappe più stimolanti e innovative del panorama culturale cittadino.

“ULTRA” è un’indagine sul linguaggio visivo dei nostri giorni: l’arte ultra-contemporanea come lente per comprendere (o mettere in discussione) i meccanismi estetici, sociali e tecnologici che plasmano il nostro presente. Un’arte giovane, coraggiosa, che non ha paura di superare le definizioni convenzionali, e che spesso vive ai margini dei circuiti ufficiali, per poi riconfigurarli.

All’interno dell’affascinante Palazzo Provana, l’arte invade lo spazio storico per sovvertirne l’atmosfera e costruire nuovi immaginari.

COSA CERCHIAMO

Cerchiamo artisti visivi under 40 e giovani curatori pronti a mettersi in gioco con opere e progetti che parlano il linguaggio dell’ultra-contemporaneo.

La call è aperta a singoli artisti o curatori, ma anche a progetti collaborativi. I curatori selezionati potranno affiancare artisti o proporre visioni critiche e concettuali per la costruzione della mostra.

OBIETTIVI DEL PROGETTO

  • Dare visibilità a nuove voci artistiche
  • Promuovere il dialogo tra artisti e curatori emergenti
  • Mappare le tendenze attuali dell’arte contemporanea
  • Stimolare pratiche curatoriali innovative

LA LOCATION

Palazzo Provana, uno degli edifici storici più affascinanti di Torino, sarà lo scenario di “ULTRA”: un contrasto significativo tra la classicità architettonica e le pratiche artistiche più audaci del presente. Lo spazio espositivo di via Santa Teresa 20, situato nel cuore della città, ospiterà le opere selezionate.

SELEZIONE

La selezione sarà curata da una commissione composta da professionisti del settore. I criteri principali saranno:

  • Originalità e forza del progetto
  • Coerenza con il concept ULTRA
  • Qualità estetica e potenziale evolutivo
  • Capacità di dialogare con lo spazio e la città

ULTRA – AN ULTRA-CONTEMPORARY ART EXHIBITION

ULTRA is a group exhibition that explores the most forward-looking expressions of contemporary art through the vision of a new generation of artists and curators. Promoted by Arteaporté, the exhibition — taking place from 13 to 16 November 2025, on the occasion of the ATP Finals — stands out as one of the most stimulating and innovative events in the city’s cultural landscape.

“ULTRA” is an investigation into the visual language of our time: ultra-contemporary art as a lens to understand (or question) the aesthetic, social, and technological mechanisms that shape our present.
This is bold, young art, unafraid to break conventional definitions — often living on the margins of official circuits, only to reconfigure them.

Inside the fascinating Palazzo Provana, art will invade the historical space, overturning its atmosphere to construct new imaginaries.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for visual artists under 40 and young curators ready to take on the challenge with works and projects that speak the language of the ultra-contemporary.

The call is open to individual artists or curators, as well as collaborative projects.
Selected curators may work alongside artists or contribute with critical and conceptual visions to shape the exhibition.

  • Give visibility to new artistic voices
  • Promote dialogue between emerging artists and curators
  • Map the current trends of contemporary art
  • Encourage innovative curatorial practices

THE LOCATION

Palazzo Provana di Collegno, one of the most fascinating historic buildings in Turin, will be the stage for “ULTRA”: a striking contrast between classical architecture and the most daring artistic practices of the present.
The exhibition space, located in via Santa Teresa 20, in the heart of the city, will host the selected works.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The selection will be made by a committee of professionals from the art world. Main criteria include:

  • Originality and strength of the project
  • Consistency with the ULTRA concept
  • Aesthetic quality and potential for development
  • Ability to interact with the space and the urban context
