Nata nel XIX secolo come processo fotografico alternativo, la cianotipia continua a esercitare un fascino unico grazie alla sua capacità di trasformare luce, tempo e materia in immagini dal caratteristico blu intenso. Tra sperimentazione tecnica e ricerca poetica, questa pratica attraversa i confini tra fotografia, stampa, disegno e arte contemporanea, offrendo infinite possibilità espressive.
La mostra invita gli artisti a esplorare il linguaggio della cianotipia nelle sue molteplici declinazioni: dalle interpretazioni più fedeli alla tecnica tradizionale alle sperimentazioni ibride che ne ampliano il potenziale visivo e concettuale. Un’occasione per riflettere sul rapporto tra natura e artificio, memoria e traccia, presenza e assenza, attraverso un processo in cui la luce diventa strumento creativo e narrativo.
Born in the 19th century as an alternative photographic process, cyanotype continues to captivate artists and audiences alike through its ability to transform light, time, and matter into images characterized by their distinctive deep blue tones. Balancing technical experimentation and poetic exploration, this medium crosses the boundaries between photography, printmaking, drawing, and contemporary art, offering endless creative possibilities.
This exhibition invites artists to explore the language of cyanotype in all its forms—from works rooted in traditional processes to innovative hybrid approaches that expand its visual and conceptual potential. An opportunity to reflect on the relationship between nature and artifice, memory and trace, presence and absence, through a process in which light itself becomes a creative and narrative force.
Chi può partecipare?
La Call è aperta a tutti gli artisti, senza limiti di tecnica, per opere che interpretano liberamente il tema. Ogni artista potrà partecipare con un massimo di tre opere.
Come partecipare
Invia la tua candidatura compilando il form che segue entro il 14 giugno 2026.
Non dimenticare di includere:
- Una breve biografia (max 300 parole)
- Le immagini delle opere proposte (in bassa risoluzione; le immagini in alta risoluzione saranno richieste solo in caso di selezione)
- La descrizione di ciascuna opera
La fee di partecipazione è di 59 euro per 2 opere oppure 79 euro per 3 opere.
La quota sarà da versare solo in caso di selezione.
Modalità di partecipazione
Attenzione: nel form dovrai specificare con quale modalità desideri partecipare tra le seguenti:

Opere originali – Partecipazione con opere originali. L’artista spedisce le opere autonomamente o tramite il nostro servizio convenzionato con Mail Boxes Etc.

Repliche stampate formato 30×40 circa – L’artista ci invia il file digitale e noi ci occupiamo della stampa. In questo caso è previsto un plus di 19 euro per opera.

Repliche stampate formato 40×60 circa – L’artista ci invia il file digitale e noi ci occupiamo della stampa. In questo caso è previsto un plus di 29 euro per opera.
Esposizione
Le opere selezionate saranno esposte dal 3 al 9 luglio 2026 presso Con/Temporary Spaces a Torino, nel cuore della città. Sarà un’occasione perfetta per mettere in risalto la tua arte e raggiungere un pubblico appassionato e attento.
Who can participate?
The Call is open to all artists, with no technical restrictions, for works that freely interpret the theme. Each artist may submit up to three works.

Exhibition
