Descrizione: Rite of the Unfallen unfolds as a symbolic landscape suspended between ending and beginning. An open coffin rests in the desert, yet it contains no body; instead, a luminous, viscous cloud descends toward it, transforming the image of death into a threshold rather than a conclusion. Drawing from the archetypal language of tarot, the work echoes Death, The Moon, Temperance and Judgement ; transformation, the unconscious, dissolution and renewal. The desert becomes a liminal space where familiar laws begin to collapse, and where death is approached not literally, but as the shedding of an exhausted state before something new can emerge.
