Descrizione: The Hanged Man gives a reversed perspective. Hanging upside down inverts our view of a world on the precipice. The eyes here aren’t calm. Reading omens isn’t comfortable. Keep watching. The stitched-together body is pieced together from instinct. Startled eyes, hair on fire, body patched together, striped sleeves stitched at the seams, one arm marked with sun and star symbols scratched into white, the other banded in red and white. Yellow hands reach for an answer that may not be there, marked with strange symbols, behind the rusty block of color looks like a prison. The hashtags run up both sides: #omens, #portents speak to all of the very real difficult situations we’re facing as a global society.
