Through collage, archival papers and hand-sewn textiles, I create new lives for women whose stories have faded with time. By bringing together found materials and fragments from different histories, each work becomes a meeting point between memory, transformation and imagination.

In The Waiting, the dress is composed of a ballet tutu from the Municipal Theatre of Santiago combined with a fragment of a found garment, both carefully hand-sewn into a new form. Fully dressed, she stands suspended in a quiet moment before something begins—a celebration, an encounter, or perhaps a life that is about to unfold. The work speaks of hope, renewal and the possibility of giving a second life to both forgotten materials and forgotten women.
