Since my photography is concerned with vulnerability, the deliberate destabilization of the material evokes transience on two levels. It may seem clichéd to repeat the idea that beauty fades, yet the fragility and instability within ourselves are reflected here both in the material itself and as an allegory for reality in a state of decay portrait in the images
