I am Pien ten Voorde, a designer and printmaker based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. My current practice Studio Lupiene centers on linocut printmaking, inspired by the quiet beauty, patterns, and rhythms of the natural world.<\/p>\n

What draws me to linocut is the process itself. I enjoy working slowly, carving and printing layer by layer, allowing each stage to build towards the final image. Because every cut is permanent, the process requires patience, trust, and acceptance.<\/p>\n

Through my work, I hope to encourage people to slow down, look more closely, and reconnect with the natural world.
