La protagonista \u00e8 una donna di colore con i capelli afro, creati usando della paglietta di cartone per dare volume e forma ai ricci. Indossa anche altri elementi riciclati, come la fascia sui capelli, realizzata usando una carta per pacchi regalo con i colori di tessuto e degli occhiali da sole e una collana creati con della carta per imballaggio. Ho scelto la donna come protagonista per rappresentare la responsabilit\u00e0 di tutti gli uomini sulla Terra nel riciclare e riutilizzare plastica, carta, ecc.. per salvare l&#8217;ambiente e gli animali che ci vivono.<br \/>\nSullo sfondo un acquario con alcuni pesci che subiscono l&#8217;eccessiva quantit\u00e0 di rifiuti nei mari rendendoli quasi finti, irriconoscibili e intrappolati. Nelle finestre di carta, invece, ci sono i pesci del &#8220;futuro&#8221; quelli che vorremmo che ci fossero nel futuro, quindi sani, vivi, liberi e in un mare senza rifiuti. Un pesce rosso esce dalla scatola del &#8220;futuro&#8221; e si immerge nel mare di plastica, passando da colorato e vivo a di carta e irriconoscibile.<br \/>\nCon questo dipinto ho dato una seconda vita ai materiali che avevo a disposizione ma nella quotidianit\u00e0 ognuno di noi dovrebbe sempre cercare di riutilizzare invece di gettare subito senza pensarci.<\/p>\n<p>Description: To make this painting I started from reusing recycled materials. The main character is a black woman with an afro hair, created using cardboard straw to give volume and shape to the curls. She also wears other recycled elements, such as the headband on her hair, created using gift wrap paper with fabric colors, and sunglasses and a necklace created with wrapping paper. I chose the woman as the main character to represent the responsibility of all people on Earth to recycle and reuse plastic, paper, etc. to save the environment and the animals living in it.<br \/>\nIn the background is an aquarium with some fish suffering from the excessive amount of waste in the seas making them almost fake, unrecognizable and trapped. In the paper windows, on the other hand, are the fish of the &#8220;future&#8221; the ones we would like to see in the future, so healthy, alive, free and in a waste-free sea.
