This work explores the silent burdens that women carry throughout their lives within patriarchal social structures. At the center of the image, the red vermilion worn by the woman functions as both a cultural marker and a symbol of the expectations, responsibilities, and traditions imposed upon women. While often associated with marriage, devotion, and social identity, it also reflects the ways in which patriarchal values become embedded within everyday life and the female body.

Through digital photographic collage, fragmented visual elements are assembled to represent the thoughts, memories, emotions, and unspoken struggles that remain largely invisible. The layered composition suggests an internal landscape shaped by social norms, familial obligations, care work, and personal aspirations that often exist in tension with one another.

Rather than portraying women solely through narratives of oppression, the work acknowledges their resilience and capacity to endure, negotiate, and resist these structures. The collage becomes a visual reflection of the complex realities women inhabit, where cultural traditions, personal identity, and silent acts of strength coexist. By bringing together these fragments, the work seeks to make visible the emotional and psychological weight that women carry, often unnoticed, within their daily live
