Tecnica: I use the raw side of the canvas, on to which apply thinned oil paint with turpentine, to create the base, while the major part of my work is done by colored pencils.

Descrizione: Initially you feel playfulness, a scene that reminds you of your childhood, colors dancing on the canvas.. though the expressions, and lack there off, shift the perspective. The painting depicts the storyline of my mother and three defining ages of my life. My mother portrayed as the vessel, giving everything of herself to fuel my journey. I use the tree to symbolise strength, and a rainbow of light and dark colors, symbolising emotions of life.
