Textiles never cease to fascinate me, and I try to reinterpret old techniques. Social, cultural, and political dimensions should also resonate in this process. My power lies in craftsmanship, in trying things out, in making, in discovering. In researching, collecting, composing, assembling, taking apart, and combining materials and techniques. My works reflect my immediate situation, which surrounds, influences, moves, and touches me.
