Descrizione: In many cities in the world homeless people have a hard time claiming their legal rights, due to ineffective or inaccessible service while affordable housing is out of reach. They face being criminalized for sleeping, sitting and eating in public and end up with penalties that increase unsolvable debts. In the EU alone, nearly 1.3 million people experience homelessness, the number is still rising.

In this work, the well-known white 'peace dove with olive branch' has given way to a brighter specimen with an ax head on its olive branch ready for action. What do we actually need?
